Adult Library
You have questions…we have answers!!! The adult library is located on the second floor of the library. The adult library has the following material:
- Young adult materials
- Adult reference materials
- Fiction
- Non-fiction
- Magazines (hyperlink to list of our magazines)
- Newspapers (hyperlink to list of our newspapers)
- Local history room
- Microfiche machines (hyperlink to list of microfiche collection)
You will notice the adult reference desk as soon as you enter the second floor, as it is centrally located at the top of the stairs. The reference staff can help you locate material either in our library or in another borrowing library through interlibrary loan. The reference desk is also where you can get the daily passwords for wireless internet access.
There are study rooms available as well. We have three multi-person rooms, five single rooms and a large "quiet" study room.
Local History Room
The local history room hosts a collection of historical materials from the Menomonee Falls area.
Among the collection are many local histories about Wisconsin, Southwest Wisconsin, Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls. There are genealogical materials such as "Passenger and Immigration Lists Index", and others more local to Menomonee Falls. The local history also has many copies of the Menomonee Falls High School Yearbook.
